Introduction
In the Cloud Subscriptions Marketplace you can purchase new licenses and products of the Microsoft CSP program.
Searching for a New Product
Once the Marketplace has loaded you can see the search bar, your tenant and the most popular categories and subscriptions.
The Search
By entering a search phrase (with a minimum of 3 characters), you can search the entire CSP product catalog.
Tenant Selection
Tenant Selection contains all of your Microsoft tenants where the reseller relationship has been established and onboarded to PyraCloud. You can change the desired tenant to see your related pricing and to purchase subscriptions for this tenant.
Popular Categories
Popular Categories shows you the most popular categories of our customers. If you click on a tile, it will start the search and will display the related products.
Popular Subscriptions
Popular Subscriptions are the most purchased products of our customers. You can buy your preferred product directly clicking the Buy Now button.
Buy a New Product
There are two different types of products you can buy: Main Product or Add-on
Main Product
After you click on Buy Now the Product Detail Page will appear. Here you can select a different tenant for which you want to buy a new subscription, and below you can choose a country (CSP authorization) in which the order should be placed.
After you click Buy Now the Order Subscription dialog will appear. This will show you your selected product and pricing.
You can change the following details here:
- Subscription Name: Give an individual name for your subscription e.g. “Office 365 E3 for Marketing”
- Licence Quantitiy: Enter the number of licenses required
- Billing Cycle: Monthly or Annual billing options are available
- Your Internal Details: You can enter order specific details that you may need for later internal cost allocation and billing purposes
Once you have added the details, tick the consent checkbox and click on Order Subscription to complete your order.
Add-on
After clicking on Buy Now, the Order Subscription wizard will appear which will guide you through the whole purchasing process. At first you need to select whether you want to purchase the Add-on for ‘Your Existing Base Subscription‘, or if you want to purchase a ‘New Base Subscription‘.
If you select ‘Your Existing Base Subscriptions‘ option you will see the following details:

If you want to buy a New Base Subscription then you can setup the details here and enter/change the following fields:
- Subscription Name: Give an individual name for your subscription like “Office 365 E3 for Marketing”
- Licence Quantitiy: Enter the number of licenses required
- Billing Cycle: Monthly or Annual billing options are available
- Your Internal Details: You can enter order specific details that you may need for later internal cost allocation and billing purposes
After you have finished the Base Subscription step, click next and setup your Add-on details. The fields are the same as for the Base Subscription but you can fill in different values as you need.
Once you have finished the Add-on detail page step, click next and check your order summary.
Once you have checked the order summary, tick the consent checkbox and click on Order Subscription. You will then see the following order confirmation screen:
