Completing your Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Azure activation

Introduction

As security best practices evolve, SoftwareOne evolves with them. As part of this evolution, SoftwareOne has decided to put the security-related aspects of activating a customer’s Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Azure subscriptions into the hands of the customer.

For Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure under the Digital Workplace Essentials or Azure Simple offerings respectively, you must complete a final step once Guided Activation is complete. The steps below outline the process.

Note: The instructions below cover both Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure. You will likely only need to execute one of these depending on what you have purchased

Getting Started

Once you have completed the Guided Activation process, navigate to Cloud Tenant Setup. You will find it in the left navigation menu under Setup.
