We will be undertaking a database migration which will result in some downtime in certain regions.

What is affected in PyraCloud
During the scheduled maintenance, users in the affected countries may not be able to see, procure or pull reports while the scheduled maintenance downtime is happening. This includes the usage of punchouts integrated with your eProcurement system and the delivery of static and dynamic catalogs.
When the systems are back online any reports scheduled to run during this time for the affected countries will then be run and sent.
What is the estimated downtime?
The scheduled downtime will happen during the week. For some regions the migration will be split into two Phases – please refer to the table below for more details.
