We have created an asset report template specifically for ServiceNow. You can download the report and then easily upload it directly to your ServiceNow in order to populate your Software Assets.
Accessing the ServiceNow Asset Report
You can access this report by selecting Inventory in the main navigation menu and then selecting Software Assets.
Once on the Software Assets page, click Exports on the top right hand corner and select ServiceNow from the drop down.
