Why isn’t my Azure billing data up to date?


In PyraCloud, you can analyze your cloud consumption in Spend Reports, Create Budgets based that consumption and you also have the ability to create and share Chargebacks.

To pull all the necessary data, PyraCloud uses a variety of Microsoft APIs. For some of these, it can take 24 hours for the resource cost to be accessed through the interfaces.

Note: PyraCloud only synchronizes Azure billing data once per day, so in some cases the data delay may take 48 hours (max).

Additionally, reconciliation files are available no later than the 8th day of every month. Microsoft invoices partners based on this file.

It is recommended to send chargebacks after 8th day of the month.
